WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, credit cards, VISA Debit, and bank deposits. Additionally, Afterpay will soon be available as a buy now, pay later option.

CAN I ADD MORE ITEMS TO AN ORDER I'VE ALREADY PLACED?

You can add more items to your order by placing a new one and merging it, as long as your first order hasn't been shipped yet.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped and left our warehouse cannot be canceled.

WHEN WILL AN ITEM COME BACK IN STOCK?

If you're interested in a product that is currently out of stock, you can sign up to be notified via email as soon as it comes back in stock.


Simply click on the 'Notify me when available' button on the product you wish to follow. You'll receive an email notification when they become available again.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES OR CERTAIN FOOD INTOLERANCES?

​Unless otherwise stated in the listing, it's best to assume that most products are manufactured in facilities where nuts, milk products, gluten, etc., are present. If you need to check, please feel free to contact us.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently only ship within the USA and Canada. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

There is a flat standard shipping fee of $5.99 within the USA. All orders above $50 will have free shipping provided.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00p.m on weekdays (Monday to Friday) on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.


Standard shipping within USA typically takes 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for rural delivery.

DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?

An express shipping option will soon be available at checkout. Please note that rural addresses and weekend deliveries are excluded.


Overnight is an estimated timeframe and is not guaranteed, as there may be delays during seasonal periods or due to adverse weather conditions.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We do not offer refunds or returns on purchases due to a change of mind once an order has been dispatched. 


If you need to return a product due to damage or any other issues, please contact us.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your item arrives damaged, let us know within seven days of receiving your product. We'll need your proof of purchase and photos of the damage to help you out.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

​Once we confirm your refund, please allow up to 3 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
